These are your golden years and it is your right to have a safe and positive experience. We will be discussing a variety of topics such as aging in place, fitness/nutrition, mental fitness, elder rights, and financial security. There will be guest speakers covering each topic as well as exhibitors and vendors from the community set up to provide you with information.
